Jim and Caroline Davis created Jim, Caroline and the Davis Team in 1996. During the time from its inception the Davis' have consistently produced at top award winning levels. Prior to purchasing the Realty World franchise for North Alabama Jim, Caroline and the Davis Team worked with Re/max. While with Re/max they received awards at the Platinum award level each year. With Re/max the best year they had was sales of $10,000,000. Since they formed Realty World South beginning in November of 2004 thru March 3 2006, Jim, Caroline and the Davis Team has produced over $41,000,000 in sales and helped over 100 customers buy and or sell property in North Alabama.

Since 1976 Jim has been involved in professional sales. For 20 years he owned his own marketing and sales company providing marketing, promotion, service and sales for Manufacturers of retail products for the Home Center Industry. Upon selling the company in 1996, Jim began his working in the Real Estate industry in Huntsville and surrounding areas. In the short time he has been in the business he has achieved sales successes, and received numerous awards for his sales performance. Caroline Davis 

Caroline has spent years in Sales and Marketing as well. As a sales manager for Bell South during the beginnings of the cell phone industry, Caroline achieved top performer awards, managed, and trained sales people. Later as a sales rep for industrial carpet, Caroline used her talent for decorating to assist local businesses with decorating and carpet selection.
